OMG! Gorgeous quality roses & so artfully done, not just the beautiful & creative presentation, but also included is wonderful info on how to care for your roses. These roses lasted a wonderfully long time, the longest amount of time I have ever had with any roses, ever! I received a beautiful surprise from a dear, thoughtful, kind, friend, just before I was going in for ankle tendon surgery at HSS. After an overnight stay in hospital, I arrived home on crutches & the gorgeous white roses were doing beautifully in the clear glass mason jar they had arrived in. I enjoyed those roses every day as I recuperated at home. I believe they lasted more than 2weeks, (yes, really) which in my flower experience, was utterly incredible!! They brightened my day Every Single Day.

I was so disappointed when I received a beautiful bouquet of peony-like coral flowers and the next day they were completely dead. I received them as a gift and felt so guilty complaining but also concerned that they died so quickly! A few days later I contacted customer service and worked with James, who called me right away to make it right. With a simple picture he replaced my flowers same day-- and they were absolutely stunning! I was so impressed with how quickly they were replaced and how attentive James was.
